Man, I woudl love to win this! I am the only coffee drinker in my house and I hate making a whole pot just for myself. I get my energy in the morning by trying to rush the kids out the door, chasing the dog to make it go potty outside, and feeding the cat. Too much to do in the mornings not to have energy!!!!

I get my energy up in the morning by riding 5 miles on my stationary bike before heading off to work for the day. This seems to always up my energy and keeps me at peak performance throughout the day. When I start to slag during the day, those coffee jolts really wake me back up again !

I have no choice to get up in the morning, getting kids off to school. But I am NOT a morning person. So I set the alarm for 30 minutes EARLY so I can have a hot cup and a few minutes alone to get myself together before the craziness of the morning begins.

The thought of breakfast, the smell of breakfast, and most importantly, *eating* breakfast is my biggest energy boost in the morning- despite my small frame, I eat like a lumberjack! I must have a sizeable meal first thing otherwise I'm shot the entire day.

Actually, I'm one of those people that as soon as I wake up, I'm wide awake and alert, even though I despise the mornings! But a glass of fruit juice (or coffee or hot tea when it's cold) does help me keep my energy up throughout the morning. Thanks for the giveaway!

I get my morning energy by first having an espresso and then immediately doing my ritual 45-minute interval training session on my nautical machine. Instead of being exhausted, the exercise gets my blood flowing and my brain ready for the day.

My mornings? I roll myself out of bed 10 minutes before I need to rush out the door to work. I grab chocolate milk and some kind of breakfast item, and just plow through the AM.

Now, my husband? That's who I'm entering this contest for. He MUST have coffee EVERY morning, or he's an absolute bear the rest of the day. He makes strong, slap-you-in-the-face coffee and grinds the beans fresh every morning.

Since I work in the middle of the night, and I normally have to run off of 3 or 4 hours of sleep, I really need something to get me going. I get up an hour early to prepare myself and drink 2 cups of coffee and take vitamin called Spike. The only thing I have found that really does perk me up.

My Black Lab Lucy is how I get energized each and every morning. Like clockwork Lucy is nudging at me around 6:30 am wanting to get out for her long awaited morning run, yes, RUN! So, I always have my sweats and sweatshirt right by my bed so I am ready for that brisk morning run with Lucy! She is a very frisky dog with more energy that I have seen in many dogs and she keeps me running and in shape because I usually walk her about 3 times a day! I have a HARD time getting up due to my back and that new serta mattress i bought. It kills me but when i start to move i have to make me some strong coffee and go on the porch and get that cold air breezing on my face. Then off to the shower so i smell great all day as i almost trip on my fumbling feet. I do have big feet but they are mine and hold me up.
